Hi,
I am developing a smartphone WM 5 & 6 application which notifies the user when an email is received in the device.
Can any one of you help me in doing this. I know a class in .netcf "Message Interceptor" which intercepts the incoming SMS messages. Is there any class to intercept email messages

Hi,
best I can suggest is scanning the mailbox on a timely basis

But how to scan the inbox or how to read messages from inbox.?

take a look at this article which shows you how to use the Microsoft.WindowsMobile.PocketOutlook namespace - that should get you started
