Today has been pretty busy with the launch of Windows Mobile 2003.

Then check out What' s New for Developers in Windows Mobile 2003-based Pocket PC - in particular noting:

Microsoft Windows .NET Compact Framework
The .NET Compact Framework is in ROM in all new Pocket PC 2003 devices, and can be installed in RAM in Pocket PC 2000 and Pocket PC 2002 devices.
Microsoft Visual StudioÂ® .NET 2003
The Pocket PC 2003 SDK integrates into the Visual Studio .NET 2003 IDE and can be used from both Microsoft Visual BasicÂ® .NET and Microsoft Visual C#â„¢ .NET.
eMbedded Visual Tools 3.0
To target Pocket PC 2003 devices, this development environment will no longer be supported. If you need native code support, you need to use eMbedded Visual C++Â® 4.0 (with SP2), and for managed code (.NET) development you will need Visual Studio .NET 2003.
eMbedded Visual C++
Major changes are related to the new operating system, Windows CE .NET, and debugging as well as the remote tools.
eMbedded Visual Basic
Major changes include the fact that the Pocket PC 2003 SDK does not support eMbedded Visual Basic development. Existing eMbedded Visual Basic applications continue to run on Pocket PC 2003 devices for backward compatibility. eMbedded Visual Basic developers who wish to move forward can migrate to Visual Basic .NET and make use of the benefits of the new tools.

Update: Note eVB apps will run on Windows Mobile 2003 - you will need to install the eVB runtimes though. There have been some issues with them. To keep track of that progress check this thread.

newbie here....what i need or what can i do is i'm having window 2003 for pocke pc and had save lots of contacts in it... now i wish to transfer it to me pc.. and edit it on my pc please help me ...
