Has anyone created there own " CAB" file yet, and if so can they post an example of there inf file.
I had a go - however have been told by a user that whilst program installs OK, when program is run on the PocketPC 2003 there is a error " ({0DA80E6D-788B-43A4-A443-E35B1FBAD9CC})could not be created" . This tells me that the MenuBar Control has not been registered properly on the Pocket PC.
I obtained the runtimes from extacting them from the Microsoft Cab file. The full Microsoft install uses files which are not used in my program. The idea of writing my own install is to reduce the size of end " install package" required.
The inf file code that relate to intallation of evb runtimes for PocketPC 2003 in my attempt is follows (abreviated/edited example to remove other processor types) :-
